Registration is required for attendance of the conference and its co-located workshops.
Registration Types
There are two categories of registration: presenter and attendee.
One presenter registration is required for every paper that is accepted and orally presented at the conference and its co-located workshops, including dataset paper, special session, and all workshop papers. Open poster session papers and technical demonstration papers are excluded from this requirement.
MMSys 2015 provides a steep discount for additional papers that are presented by a registered presenter. For every publication beyond the first one that is presented by the same participant, we require a fee of only USD 150. This discount applies only if the registered presenter is a co-author of the first and the additional papers.
A registration that is not associated with any paper falls under the category of attendee registration. Note that we no longer distinguish between student and non-student registration, since we are able to keep the attendee registration fee low. If you are a student and have registered for the conference, please consider applying for the student travel grant.
The deadline for presenter registration and early registration is 20 February 2015.
Registration Fees
A single fee covers MMSys, MMVE, MoVid and NOSSDAV. These events are co-located because many members of the multimedia systems community have limited time and money and have been forced to choose among these events. Co-hosting is meant to solve this problem; it also explains why we do not offer reduced fees for attending only a subset of the events.
Registration fees would include WiFi access at the conference venue, coffee breaks and lunch for each day, one ticket for a welcome reception, and one ticket for the banquet dinner.

Refund Policy
All cancellations requests received before 1 March 2015 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made on or after 1 March 2015.
Banquet Ticket
A conference banquet dinner would be held on 19 March 2015. One ticket is included with each registration. Additional tickets can be purchased via the registration website at USD100 each.
