Airport Transportation Information
As China's political, economic and cultural center, Beijing is linked to over 50 cities in the world by many regional and international air routes. In addition to domestic airlines, there are 30 plus foreign airline companies operating regular flights to and from Beijing.
Beijing Capital International Airport is located at the northeast of the city, about 32 km far away from the conference site. It is very convenient to access the city from the Airport by taxi or public transportations.
Terminal Roadmap
There are official taxi stations outside the Airport terminals. Taxi is always available at the Airport whenever there are flights. The cost of a taxi from the airport to the Beijing Hotel is about RMB 100-130 (US$15-20) depends on traffic. The price is usually not negotiable. The passengers need to pay the fee shown in the meter plus the toll of the express way, which is 10 RMB. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the conference hotels from the Airport.
Shuttle buses are also being operated from the Airport to the major points of the city every 15 minutes. The terminal station of route 3 is at Beijing Railway Station, which is about 1.5 km to the conference hotel, and it’s easy to take subway line 2 from there, and transfer to line 1 at Jianguomen, only two stops is the hotel station – the Wangfujing Station. The operation time of the shuttle is 7:30am- 24:00am.

Beijing Subway Service
Subways are being operated from the Airport to the major points of the city every half an hour. The operation time of Airport Express Subway is 6:20am- 22:50pm. Take the Airport Line to Dongzhimen station, then transfer subway Line 2 to Jianguomen station, and again transfer subway Line 1 to Tiananmen East station, and finally get off to Beijing Hotel. The typical charge is RMB 27(i.e., 25+2).
