Registration Policy

• Each paper will need to be covered by a UNIQUE full registration. Multiple papers (e.g., full, short, demo) will each need a corresponding full registration. Note that student registrations are NOT considered as full registrations.
• For ACM Member registration, you will need to provide your valid ACM membership number on the next page.
• For student registration, you MUST be a full-time student at the time of the conference in June 2015 (not the time of paper submission). To verify your student status, please present your student ID at the registration desk when picking up your badge at the conference.

Invitation Letter or Visa Support Letter

For those who need a visa to travel in China, we can issue an invitation letter or a visa support letter for your visa application. Visa application process varies at the Chinese embassies/consulates in different countries, and the requirements may even vary for your different personal situations. Please consult with the Chinese embassy/consulate where you are going to apply for the visa, if possible.

Cancellation Policy

• There is a full refund minus a $100 fee if you cancel on or before Jun 10, 2015.
• Refunds will not be offered after Jun 10, 2015.

To cancel a registration, please email acmicmr2015@gmail.com and include the registration ID and the email address.

中国国内参会人员注册事项

如需国内”会议费”正式发票，注册完成后请不要使用信用卡在线支付。请以人民币汇款至以下账号，会议统一汇率1美元＝6.2元人民币。
