*Registration fee includes admission to the workshop, copy of proceedings, continental breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and the social event.

Cancelation Policy:
Written requests for refunds must be received no later than April 11, 2002. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. All no-show registrations will be billed in full.

Registration:

Early registration is closed. On-site registration will be available on Sunday May 12, 5:00PM-8:00PM, and Monday May 13, 8:00AM - 10:00AM.
