Poster Presentation 

The poster boards will be set up about 2 hours prior to the event, so that you can already pin your poster to the provided poster boards. We will provide the pins for this and will also provide tables to place your laptop for the demonstrations. The maximum size of your poster should be 1.20 meters (high) by 1.00 meter (wide).
