Instructions for Presenting Authors

Oral Session:
Each speaker is allocated 25 minutes, including Q&A and time to change speakers. 

Poster Session:
Maximum size of the poster is A0 [1181mm (height) x 841mm (width) in portrait].

Demo Session:
These items will be provided: table, chairs, power extensions.
The following item will be provided based on request:
An easel that can support a form board up to 80cm in height (portrait or landscape). If you intend to make a poster for your demo paper, please email Local Co-Chair Dr. Howard Leung (hkwebso@cityu.edu.hk) by May 28 and specify the size of your poster so that a stand with a proper size of the background foam board can be arranged.

Wireless Access at City University of Hong Kong

If you would like to have access to the wireless network at one of the conference venues -- City University of Hong Kong, you need to provide the Ethernet Address (EA) of the wireless LAN adapter of your laptop computer in advance. Please send this information to Mr. Peter Mok (csklmok@cityu.edu.hk) with the subject "ICMR 2012 wireless access" by May 31.
