 Camera-Ready Papers

   
   Please prepare your full papers in Springer LNCS style in English
(see http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html).

Please follow the templates in Word or LaTex2e formats. You may also download a sample in PDF here.

Your paper must be less than or equal to 10 pages.
DO NOT insert page number in your papers.


Submission of camera-ready version

  1. Complete the copyright form and fax to (+31) 71 5276985

  2. Prepare your camera-ready papers in PDF version (please ensure that all fonts used are embedded) and submit the papers to:
      https://msrcmt.research.microsoft.com/CIVR2005

  3. Submit all your input files (papers, images used in papers, etc) below
      3.1   Your Papers in WORD or LaTex2e
      3.2   PDF versions. (For PDF file, please ensure that all fonts used are embedded)
      3.3   PS (Postscript) or EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files for all the figures and images in your papers (this only applies to papers using LaTex2e format).
      3.4   Zip all the above files in 3.1 to 3.3 (using paper_id as file name for example paper_001.zip); and e-mail your Zip file to erwin@liacs.nl.
** Camera-ready version submitted after April 25 will NOT be included in the proceedings
